Hansell Tierney is supporting our client's search for a Business Systems Analyst who will oversee comprehensive support for 3rd party Finance software systems.

Location: Greater Seattle Area Onsite/Hybrid
Duration: Fulltime/Direct-Hire

Position Summary:
Responsibilities include system selection, design, installation, configuration, integration, day-to-day support, vendor management, upgrades, and patch application. You will collaborate closely with business teams to establish and maintain the necessary configurations for these systems.

Role:

• Serve as a domain expert in the financial system, offering support in Financial Management, Procurement or Banking & Settlement, AP, and AR functional areas.
• Take charge of system implementation by gathering business requirements, delivering conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs, managing configurations, testing, and supporting solution rollout within defined change management and go-live support processes.
• Lead significant upgrades or installations of 3rd party software systems, coordinating with various parties involved.
• Address issues by engaging in discussions with process owners, end-users, and IT personnel, involving problem recognition, research, and resolution.
• Collaborate directly with the Help Desk to coordinate and prioritize reported issues.
• Function as a project manager leading project teams, documenting and communicating supporting project plans, work estimates, and task prioritization.
• Collaborate closely with business leads to comprehend processes, goals, and gaps.
• Offer guidance, recommendations, and propose suitable solutions. Deliver training, support, coaching, technical, and domain expertise to all system users through various channels.
• Develop procedures, manuals, and other documentation for the system and its solutions.
• Customize and configure 3rd party software applications to align with the company's proprietary software or other existing commercial applications.
• Manage vendor support relationships, create and manage cases, search for solutions, and apply patches and service packs using the Vendor's Support portal, knowledge base, or community.
• Coordinate with vendors, end-users, and DBAs on the application and testing of system upgrades and patch installations.
• Collaborate with vendors and other team leads to develop and maintain disaster recovery plans for systems under management. Provide mentoring to less senior team members.
  Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Workday Finance is highly preferred, finance ERP experience is a requirement.
  
  Benefits: A competitive overall compensation package is offered, including generous PTO, Bonus, 401k match, and other perks. The estimated salary range for this position is between $112,000 to $160,000 per year.
