Job Description:
The Amazon Stores Ad Monetization (ASAM) org is responsible for
driving strategic customer facing initiatives and improvements in
Ads experience on the WW Stores sites. As a Finance Manager on this
team, you'll provide critical financial guidance and support
through sophisticated reporting, strategic goal setting, and
initiative sizing. You'll partner with business leaders to identify
the right metrics for emerging experiences and ensure that
innovations drive meaningful economic outcomes. This position
offers an exciting opportunity to influence customer experience
while at the intersection of technology and retail. Key job
responsibilities Financial Analysis & Modeling - Analyze and manage
quantitative data to create meaningful insights and build financial
models that drive business decisions. - Partner with the Ads
Monetization team to build models and reporting for the Stores
organization. Business Partnership - Partner with Product Managers
on new feature launches to estimate ROI and opportunity sizing -
Partner with business and finance counterparts to identify the
right metrics for the emerging customer experience to ensure
improvements are drive financial outcomes. - Collaborate with the
Ads finance teams to build connective tissue between the Stores and
Ads finance organizations. Planning & Forecasting - Support
forecasting efforts of revenue, and resource allocation. - Partner
with business teams to enable success in the annual Goals process.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting - Create, improve, and maintain
reports for key financial and operational metrics. - Analyze
monthly financial and business metrics, report on key trends vs.
plan, peel back layers to understand underlying drivers of
financial performance. - Perform month-end close related
activities. - Drive continuous improvement and standardization of
processes, including implementation of best practices. - 5 years of
tax, finance or a related analytical field experience - Experience
building and managing financial models for business forecasting and
problem solving - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting,
business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g.,
engineering, math, computer science) - 6 years of identifying
incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and
creating/implementing an escalation plan experience - 6 years of
solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and
timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a
proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational
improvements, or customer benefits) experience - MBA, or CPA -
Knowledge of SQL/ETL - Experience delivering forecasting,
budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of
results - Experience in creating process improvements with

this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include
sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final
compensation will be determined based on factors including
experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers
