Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do

(SLP) to provide essential services within a school setting in
Yelm, WA. This contract position allows a dedicated professional to
make a meaningful impact on students communication development and
academic success. Key Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and treat
speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication disorders for
students. Develop individualized treatment plans based on student
needs and educational goals. Collaborate closely with teachers,
parents, and other educational professionals to support student
progress. Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in
alignment with school guidelines and state regulations. Participate
in IEP meetings and contribute input regarding student
accommodations and goals. Qualifications: Valid state licensure as
a Speech-Language Pathologist. Experience working with school-aged
children in educational settings. Strong communication and
interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, families,
and staff. Ability to implement evidence-based therapy techniques
tailored to diverse student populations. Commitment to maintaining
confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards. Location: Yelm,
