Job Description:

Clean Harbors is seeking a dedicated and effective Field Supervisor IS to lead and manage field teams in our Industrial Services division. The ideal candidate will oversee the execution of industrial and environmental cleanup operations, ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with company safety and compliance standards, while maintaining a strong commitment to environmental stewardship. This role requires a dynamic leader who can foster teamwork, drive efficiency, and uphold our mission of protecting the environment. Oversee and manage field service projects, including hazardous waste disposal, site remediation, and emergency spill responses. Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Train and lead field teams, promoting a culture of safety and respect towards the environment and community. Coordinate with other departments and clients to ensure clear communication and effective project execution. Conduct site inspections and prepare reports for upper management on project progress and outcomes. Manage equipment and resources efficiently, ensuring all tools are maintained and fit for use. Provide technical guidance and support to field teams, resolving operational challenges as they arise. Strong leadership and team management skills In-depth knowledge of environmental regulations and safety protocols Proficiency in project management and field operations Ability to work effectively under pressure in both planned and emergency scenarios Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k OSHA Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) Certification First Aid/CPR certified Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
