your future with us. Boeing Commercial Airplanes' 777 program is
looking for a 777 ALIT Engineering Integration Senior Manager to
join the Airplane Level Integration Team (ALIT) in Everett,
Washington. As a Senior Manager in the ALIT Integration Office, the
manager will be part of the staff of the Chief Program Engineer.
The successful candidate will have the ability to lead and
influence other organizations (programs, functions) and ability to
take ambiguous and complex topics and clearly communicate intent,
plan and drive outcomes. This role will be responsible for leading
major CPE initiatives, managing critical customer-facing projects
and partnering with the SC&P leader as needed to address
non-compliances and resolve certification issues. A typical
candidate will be able to draw on their depth of experience from
design and development activities/projects in a specific function
and utilize it to successfully integrate and navigate across
airplane challenges. The candidate will have engineering program
management skills and experience with BCA Airplane Programs,
Regulatory Administration and the FAA. This is a unique leadership
opportunity to gain hands-on experience with the production system
and delivery center while growing cross airplane knowledge and
experience across multiple engineering disciplines. Develops and
executes integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures and
provides input on departmental business and technical strategies,
goals, objectives. Acquires resources for department activities,
provides technical management of suppliers and leads process
improvements. Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships
with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products
and processes. Develops and motivates employees and first-level
managers. Position Responsibilities: - Strong execution orientation
and project management - Lead completion of ALIT deliverables and
integrating across engineering functions - Configuration
completeness, accuracy and integration of design at airplane level
- Incorporate Lessons Learned - Coordinate across program ALITs to
ensure consistency & standard work - Leadership across teams;
leading by influence - Ability to adapt to discoveries and leverage
team experiences - Ability to lead in a complex, multi-varied
problem environment - Develop and execute on people strategy
(training, mentoring, coaching, skill management) - Additional
program responsibilities as needed: - Establish and implement
Development Assurance protocols, including performance metrics -
Change Incorporation & Refurb (CI&R) and production integration
- Implement strategies to prepare for rate changes - Drive
production stability efforts for engineering - Test, certification,
validation and delivery activities for program This position is
expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required
to work on-site in Everett, WA. Basic Qualifications (Required
Skills/Experience): - Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited
course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes
manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics,
mathematics, data science, or computer science - 3 years of
experience in a management position. - 3 years of experience in
project management. Preferred Qualifications (Desired
Skills/Experience): - Proven ability to effectively communicate to
both executives and engineers at all levels. - Proven ability to
manage and empower teams in ambiguous environments. - Experience
with Regulatory Administration and Regulators. - Experience in
complex integration across multi-functional teams. - Experience in
safety and risk management processes. - Engineering processes
knowledge. - Experience with production systems. - Successful

Summary Pay Range: $181,900 - $246,100 Applications for this
