highest standards of execution. We are seeking talented mid-level
integration technicians on back half (Wed-Sat) 2nd shift to execute
development and production integration and test activities of the
Leo satellite in final integration. Key job responsibilities -
Integration and test of the Leo satellite and various complex
subassemblies in a cleanroom and ESD controlled environment - Use
precision calibrated tools – torque wrenches, multimeters, optical
inspection devices, micrometers and calipers - Read and interpret
engineering drawings and technical documentation - Perform work
according to procedures, specifications, and test instructions -
Run functional and environmental testing on units, including some
basic troubleshooting operations - Use computer software programs
for running tests - Check and inspect your work after completion to
ensure engineering and quality standards are met per the drawing
and work instruction requirements - Collaborate with manufacturing
engineers to develop and document activities, including continuous
improvement opportunities - Perform other related duties, as
assigned, for the purpose of ensuring an efficient, safe and
effective work environment Additional Requirements: Must be able to
work Wed-Sat from 4PM-2:30AM Able to stand for long periods of time
and perform repetitive assembly operations Able to climb and down
ladders, work in tight spaces, bending, grasping, sitting, pulling,
pushing, stooping, and stretching may be required to perform the
functions of this position Able to lift at least 25 lbs. unassisted
Candidates must be 18 years or older with the ability to understand
and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines. The
starting pay for this role in Washington State is up to $33.50/hour
and employees are eligible for incremental raises based on tenure.

asylum. A day in the life The Integration Technician II will work
closely with cross-functional engineering, test, quality and
operations teams on both first-article hardware development and
production hardware integration processes. This position requires
skill and experience in a variety of areas, including mechanical
assembly, avionics integration, electrical checkouts and
environmental testing. In short, you will be responsible for a
majority of the most critical tasks to build the Leo satellite,
ensuring high quality, workmanship and safety standards are adhered
to on a daily basis. - High School diploma or equivalent - 1 years
using hand tools and/or precision measuring instruments (i.e.,
Calipers, multi-meters, torque wrenches) - 1 years working with
test tools and test methods that adequately validate the system -
Experience reading, interpreting and working from engineering
documentation and/or drawings - 1 years in a high traceability
manufacturing environment, or relevant trade school certification -
Experience in the aerospace industry, automotive industry, medical
device industry, aviation, military or other high-reliability
operating environment - Experience working with FOD, ESD sensitive
hardware and clean room requirements - Some basic knowledge of
electrical, optical and mechanical systems, antennas, functional
testing and/or satellite components - Ability to rapidly change
roles/responsibilities while working in a high-paced, challenging
work environment - Experience working in a fast-paced, team

position is listed below including the base pay rate plus the
highest available shift differential which applies depending on the
shift you select. As a total compensation company, you are eligible
for additional earnings including overtime pay and performance
bonuses. Final pay will be based on factors including shift
