AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery,
and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. In other words,

completion. AWS is looking for a Controls Engineer to become part
of our global Data Center Engineering team. This position is
responsible for the design, development, automation, and continuous
innovation within our rapidly expanding and evolving data center
footprint, with a focus on current and future liquid cooling
systems. Key job responsibilities • Work with global partners to
deliver mechanical controls products. • Work in a
cross-disciplinary setting with ability to influence and drive
others. • Advise peer engineers and management team. • Make
technical trade-offs between short-term project goals and long-term
business needs. • Simplify, optimize, and accelerate the deployment
and optimization of Amazon's data center controls products. •
Leverage economy of scale through standardization and
modularization of data center controls products. • Provide
technical subject matter expertise to peers, senior management, and
partner teams. • Develop business justification and narratives to
promote new concepts and ideas. • Lead key initiatives for the
organization while demonstrating complete ownership. About the team
Our Controls Products & Services team takes full product ownership
to design, develop, and deliver electrical and mechanical controls
systems that programmatically scale compute capacity. As engineers

professional. - 4 years of industrial or commercial engineering in
mission critical facilities including but not limited to: data
centers, power generation or oil and gas facilities experience -
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field -
Experience researching new designs, technologies, and construction
methods of data center equipment and facilities - Experience in
commissioning - 2 Years liquid cooling system controls experience -
Professional Engineer License - Experience carrying design concepts
through exploration, development, and into deployment or mass
production - Experience reading, interpreting, and creating
construction drawings, specifications, and submittal documents

this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include
sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final
compensation will be determined based on factors including
experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers
