• Standard Operating Hours: 8am to 7pm
  
• $19.00-$23.00 per hour plus monthly incentive opportunities.

    Your Responsibilities
    
    • 
      
    • Manage the daily operations of one or more sites.
      
    • Develop customer relationships by understanding their storage needs and providing solutions.
      
    • Enhance sales through unit rentals, insurance, and moving supplies.
      
    • Guide new customers through rental processes and agreements.
      
    • Handle cash, balance receipts, pursue collections, post payments, and process deposits.
      
    • Maintain high cleanliness standards through general maintenance.
      
    • Work independently and collaboratively with team members and other stores.
      
    • Run errands and travel to other store locations as needed.
      
      Your Qualifications
      
      • 
        
      • 2+ years of customer-facing employment experience.
        
      • 1+ year in a leadership or supervisory role preferred.
        
      • Strong computer skills.
        
      • Valid driver's license with access to a reliable vehicle (except NYC).
        
      • High school diploma or GED required; college education a plus.
