**Description****Associate Laboratory Assistant - SED LAB
SUPPORT at Swedish Edmonds**While assigned to the hospital
laboratory, or other locations, performs procedures that are
necessary for specimen collection on patients in all age groups
(neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric) including
patient identification, patient preparation and verification of
specimen according to laboratory procedures. Follows established
departmental policies and procedures, objectives, safety;
environmental and infectious control standards so that the
laboratory remains in compliance with accreditation and licensing
agencies.**Required qualifications:**+ H.S. Diploma or GED+
Successful completion of a phlebotomy program through a
post-secondary school, college or military program.+ Washington
Medical Assistant Phlebotomist Certification upon hire**Preferred
qualification:**+ Prior phlebotomy experience.Our best-in-class
