We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Swedish Edmonds. As a Progressive Care Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic environment, utilizing strong assessment and critical thinking skills to deliver exceptional outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• 
  
• Assess, identify, and prioritize patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
  
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, ensuring seamless transitions and effective communication.
  
• Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex patient needs, making informed decisions to promote patient safety and well-being.
  
• Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health literacy and empowering them to take an active role in their care.
  
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices to enhance patient care.
  
  
  **Requirements:**
  
  
  • 
    
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
    
  • Current Washington State Registered Nurse License.
    
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
    
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
    
  • At least one year of nursing experience.
