Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for flexible per diem
opportunities in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) located in

Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities: Administer medications, treatments,
and inoculations according to physician orders and within scope
Assist with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) and provide comfort
care in accordance with each patient’s care plan Document
assessments, care activities, and patient responses accurately and
promptly in the patient record Coordinate with healthcare
professionals to develop and maintain individualized patient care
plans Conduct routine patient screenings and assessments, such as
TB screening Demonstrate compassion and patience when working with
patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility Licensed Practical Nurse
(LPN) Position Details: Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
focused on providing high-quality long-term and short-term patient
care Location: Bellevue, WA Contract Type: Per Diem (flexible
shifts) Shift Schedule: Night shifts available, with options for
additional shifts Qualifications: Education: Associate's degree in
Nursing or equivalent required Licensure: Current unrestricted LPN
license in WA state Certification: Current BLS certification
required Experience: SNF or long-term care experience preferred Two
positive work references Must pass background check and drug
screening Ability to work in a smoke-free, drug-free environment;
