Job Description:
Description The Ultrasound Technologist provides diagnostic
patient care services using ultrasound on all patient age
populations. Diagnostic examinations may be performed on breast,
abdominal, obstetrical, gynecological and other areas. The
ultrasound professional also assists with various procedures during
which ultrasound is utilized. The Ultrasound Technologist is
responsible for performing and communicating results of

Coursework/Training: Successful completion of Ultrasound training
program - Education sufficient to meet eligibility requirements to
take American Registry of Diagnostic Ultrasonographers (ARDMS)
registry examination - Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American
Heart Association - Within 1 year of hire: National Certification
from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography -
Experience sufficient to meet eligibility requirements to take
American Registry of Diagnostic Ultrasonographers (ARDMS) registry
examination Preferred Qualifications: - Previous ultrasound

position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range
for this position will be determined based upon relevant job
experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base
pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role,
such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums,
