Speech Language Pathologist *Per Diem* at Providence Health and
Services summary: The Speech Language Pathologist provides
diagnostic and therapeutic treatment for patients with speech,
language, or swallowing disorders in both inpatient and outpatient
settings. The role involves educating patients, families, and staff
about diagnosed disorders and requires a master's degree and
appropriate licensure. This per diem position is based at
Providence Centralia Hospital and emphasizes patient-focused,
inclusive care. Description Provides diagnostic and therapeutic
treatment to patients who exhibit speech language or swallowing
disorders and are inpatients or outpatients of Providence Centralia
Hospital or are seen through contractual speech/language services.
Education of staff, patients and family is emphasized relative to
diagnosed speech language or swallowing disorder. Providence

program approved by the American Speech and Hearing Association
(ASHA). Upon hire: Washington Speech Language Pathologist License

position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range
for this position will be determined based upon relevant job
experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base
pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role,
such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums,
