Full-time; Sunday-Wednesday 8 am - 5 pm Thrive's purpose is to be

events Job Responsibilities: Schedules and performs routine
preventative maintenance on all appropriate equipment and tools as
directed by Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. Diagnoses
and performs minor or routine maintenance and repairs within homes
and throughout the property. Inspects and helps coordinate all
needed make-ready repairs and services. Assists in keeping grounds
neat and free of litter. Performs any additional duties assigned by
Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. Contributes to a
positive team environment and happy resident base. Qualifications:
Prior maintenance experience in property management strongly
preferred, but not required Proficient in unit turns and appliance
repair is a plus Excellent customer service skills Strong team
player Willingness to learn and take initiative on tasks and
projects Weekends/listed schedule days are required Can operate
vehicle on premise and has valid driver's license and automobile
insurance coverage; delete if not necessary Supplies their own

requires the ability to stand and walk or sit alternatively
depending on the specific needs of the day. Estimated 60% - 100% of
time is spent on feet. Occasional need to type, write, & grasp
(working at a computer and answering phones) Estimated 60% - 100%
need to bend/stoop/squat, climb stairs, push or pull, and reach
above shoulder Ability to lift/move/push/pull up to 150 lbs on
occasion with a frequent need to lift/push/pull 25 lbs - 75lbs and
