Job Description:
Ideal Candidate Board Certified NP or PA Demonstrated experience
in the clinical management of adult patients in an outpatient
setting BC-ADM Credential and/or CDCES required; can be obtained
after hire Experience with continuous Glucose Monitors and insulin
pumps a bonus Practice Highlights General, adult-only outpatient
clinic on the edge of growth and a reimagining of the Diabetes
program Flexible scheduling options (36 patient contact hours/week)
Supportive Physicians & Clinicians / Efficient Operations /
Excellent Clinical Staff Certified Diabetes Educators and
Nutritionists in the clinic Robust Diabetes Education Program /
Community drop-in services / Group classes Epic EHR
Department/Location Specific Notes: Certification in BLS, ACLS, or
PALs required as a condition of employment within 30 days of hire.

first-year income range, based on years of direct experience (0-3,
