Description: Previous perm staff are not permitted to work here as
travelers - no exceptions - regardless of the amount of time that
has passed. Any Swedish perm staff is a hard stop for all OR unit

Requirements: Call Requirements: Three weeknight call shifts 11p-7a

Call response time is 30 minutes from being called. Main OR
travelers receive their schedules in 6-week intervals. variable
schedule would be set in advance, and any changes would be
discussed with the traveler beforehand. While occasional schedule
adjustments may occur the day before, the unit would always check
for availability first this is not a frequent expectation.
Additionally, they adjust staffing based on patient volumes and
prioritize voluntary flexibility among permanent team
