Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Experience in outpatient settings is preferred Medicare/Medicaid credentialing preferred; if not credentialed, must provide WA license information for credentialing New graduates will be considered based on clinical experience Assignment Details Facility Type: Outpatient Shift: Days Location Highlights Kingston, WA offers a variety of recreational and cultural attractions.
