About the Position -First-year compensation range: $248,315–$268,449, plus RVU bonus potential-1.0 FTE with flexible four- or five-day workweek options-No call responsibilities-Mostly outpatient practice with some inpatient consults as needed-Consults occur at one hospital supported by a strong hospitalist program-Provide two to four days per month of outreach care in nearby rural communities-Work within a supportive care team that includes one full-time physician, one part-time physician, and two nurse practitioners (once fully staffed)-Enjoy seamless workflow through Epic EMR Compensation & Benefits -Competitive salary with additional RVU bonus opportunity-Work-life balance with no call and flexible scheduling-Supportive, mission-driven environment focused on patient comfort, dignity, and quality of life About the Opportunity This role is ideal for a physician who is dedicated to delivering holistic, patient-centered care across the continuum of serious illness.
