Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
occupational therapist is needed for a school-based contract
position located in Bothell, WA. This onsite role serves a
district-wide caseload of approximately 70 students, ages 3-22,
alongside a COTA with two years of experience. The assignment
begins ASAP and continues through June 12, 2026, with the
possibility of extension into the 2026-2027 school year.
Responsibilities: Provide occupational therapy services to students
aged 3-22 across the district. Collaborate and coordinate care with
a COTA and other school staff. Develop and implement individualized
treatment plans. Maintain documentation and comply with school
district policies. Participate in team meetings and contribute to
student success goals. Qualifications: Valid Washington State OT
license is required. Experience in school-based occupational
therapy is a plus but not mandatory. Ability to work full-time
onsite (37.5 hours per week). Strong communication and
collaboration skills. Commitment to supporting a diverse school-age
population. Location: Onsite position in Bothell, Washington
serving the district area. This contract offers the chance to
