Job Description Summary: We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist Physical Therapists in providing personalized and evidence-based therapy services to patients. Your role will involve implementing therapeutic interventions to improve patients' physical well-being and quality of life. Responsibilities: Assist in patient assessments and developing treatment plans. Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques. Educate patients on exercises, assistive devices, and ergonomic adjustments. Maintain accurate patient records and progress notes. Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care. Ensure proper use and maintenance of therapy equipment. Stay current with physical therapy advancements and participate in professional development. Qualifications: Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program. State licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Experience in a clinical setting. Familiarity with EHR systems. Strong communication and organizational skills. Shift: 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday
