Locum Physician (OB/GYN) 24-Hour Call Coverage Burien, WA
St. Anne is seeking OB/GYN locums for 24-hour on-site call
coverage starting as soon as
credentialed. Choose a schedule that fits your
availability with 7a 7a 24-hour shifts and a
flexible week-by-week start. Compensation includes
an on-call rate and orientation/hours-based
callbacks, plus competitive pay packages with
weekly pay by direct deposit.

What You ll Do
- Provide 24-hour on-site OB/GYN call coverage
for inpatient and outpatient needs
- Manage labor & delivery patients (per site
statement: NO DOCS)
- Provide GYN coverage in the ER and respond to
emergent needs
- Assist CNMs/FPOBs and support care
coordination during active shifts
- Support triage needs when required after report from nursing
and ED consults
- Handle vaginal deliveries, c-sections, triage/consults,
and GYN surgeries as necessary
- Cover Level 1 nursery responsibilities in
alignment with site operations
What You Need
Required
- OB/GYN provider credentials for credentialing (specific items
not listed in the posting)
Preferred
- Availability for 24-hour shifts (7a 7a) and
willingness to cover the requested schedule windows
- Ability to remain on-site during shifts (as
expected for 24-hour coverage roles)
About the Assignment
This position provides OB/GYN inpatient and outpatient coverage
with focus on labor & delivery, triage, and emergent GYN
needs at St. Anne (with potential
minimal floating to St. Francis,
if needed). The unit has an on-site private call room for OB
providers, using Epic. Coverage involves
collaboration with L&D RNs, CNMs/FPOBs, and ancillary
support staff.
