Volt is immediately hiring for a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor in Burlington, WA.
This is a Full-Time/Direct Hire opportunity.

Schedule: Must be able to work 6PM-6AM (12 hours) and every other Friday, Saturday, Sunday.

Compensation: $78,000 - $85,000 per year

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

Qualifications:
5 years of experience specifically supervising a production team in manufacturing. (3 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing production setting)
You're comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
You're familiar with production planning, controls, and systems like ERP/MRP.

As a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor, you will:
You'll be the go-to for training, helping your team build their skills and follow best practices.
Quality checks, quickly spotting and reporting any issues, and ensuring our product tracking systems are accurate.
You'll oversee our raw materials, making sure we have what we need, when we need it. Plus, you'll team up with our maintenance pros to swiftly resolve any equipment challenges.
Be the vital link between shifts! You'll pass on important updates about production progress, challenges, and solutions, and keep the Production Manager informed about anything critical.
Got ideas to make things better? We want to hear them! You'll actively look for ways to boost our output, improve equipment performance, and help us smash our production targets.
