You will lead a team building products that enable brands and creators to monetize on Snapchat.Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor developers in a fast-paced environment
• Set strategy, develop roadmaps, and lead team execution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Evaluate technical tradeoffs and mentor technically
• Hire, develop, and retain talentKnowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Strong CS fundamentals
• Expertise in Objective C/Swift, Java/Kotlin, or TypeScript
• Experience with mobile app development using Cross-Platform tools like React Native or Flutter
• Leadership experience in engineering teams
• Ability to manage large technical initiatives
• Strong product sense and stakeholder collaboration skillsMinimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of software development experience or relevant advanced degrees with experience
  • At least 1 year of experience as an Engineering ManagerPreferred Qualifications
    • Proven track record in dynamic, collaborative environments
