• Lead the development effort and build scalable distributed systems.
• Own a problem space and drive its product roadmap.
• Push the limits of technologies in the NLP area.
• Follow engineering best practices to solve data matching and data search related problems.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.What we're looking for:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn new technologies.
  • Receptive to constructive feedback.
  • Confident and articulate with excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Open to working in small development teams.Skills Required:
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent discipline from a top engineering institution.
    • Adept in computer science fundamentals and passionate about algorithms, programming, and problem-solving.
    • 8 - 11 years of Software Engineering experience in product companies is a plus.
    • Experience in writing production-level code in Java or Scala.
    • Good to have experience in writing production-level code in Python.
    • Experience in multithreading, distributed systems, and performance optimization.
    • Good knowledge of database concepts.
    • Experience in Big Data technology stack like Spark, Kafka, and Airflow is a plus.
    • Knowledge/experience on one of the cloud platforms: AWS/Azure/GCP.
