Our client, a leading technology and AI innovation organization, is seeking a PM Operations (Program Operations) Vendor to join their team. As a PM Operations partner, you will be part of the Core Search & AI organization supporting applied scientists, engineers, and program managers working on large?scale search and AI experimentation. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, cross?functional collaboration ability, and a process?focused mindset , which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: PM Operations (Program Operations) Location: Remote Type: Contract What’s the Job? Manage operational and resource?related tasks including cloud storage cleanup, quota tracking, security group access, and shared resource administration Coordinate and allocate team capacity resources (e.g., Cosmos DB, GPUs) based on quotas, priorities, and internal policies Partner closely with engineers and applied scientists to take ownership of unassigned operational tasks and improve team efficiency Collaborate across multiple teams to clean up and manage large volumes of legacy experimentation data in shared cloud environments Document operational processes, policies, and best practices to improve consistency, scalability, and compliance What’s Needed? 2–4 years of experience in program coordination, operations, or technical program support Hands?on experience with Azure, including creating and managing resources, storage, and access controls Ability to write SQL queries and support basic data or resource reporting needs Strong verbal and written communication skills with proven cross?team collaboration experience Experience with scripting or automation to improve operational efficiency (preferred) What’s in it for me?
