Job Description:
As part of the AWS Applied AI Solutions organization, we have a
vision to provide business applications, leveraging Amazon's unique
experience and expertise, that are used by millions of companies
worldwide to manage day-to-day operations. We accomplish this by
accelerating our customers' businesses through delivery of
intuitive and differentiated technology solutions that solve
enduring business challenges. We blend vision with curiosity and
Amazon's real-world experience to build opinionated, turnkey
solutions. Where customers prefer to buy over build, we become
their trusted partner with solutions that are no-brainers to buy
and easy to use. Join the AWS Decisioning and Planning team to
revolutionize how global enterprises make supply chain decisions
through AI-powered innovation. As a Senior Product Manager, you
will own the end-to-end product experience for how AI agents
identify root causes, generate recommendations, and take autonomous
actions — transforming complex supply chain data into clear,
evidence-backed decisions. AWS Supply Chain is a cloud-native
application that combines Amazon’s nearly 30 years of supply chain
experience with the resilience, security, and business continuity
provided by AWS services, to transform the way companies manage
their supply chain. We are looking for a seasoned technical product
manager to own the product strategy, development, launch, and
ongoing execution for new applications. In this position, you will
play a pivotal role defining product requirements, setting the
go-to-market strategy, and tirelessly championing the needs of our
customers. Key job responsibilities You will shape the product
experience for AI-powered decisioning capabilities that help
enterprise supply chain teams move from reactive firefighting to
proactive, intelligent operations. Core responsibilities include: -
Defining and driving the product experience for AI agents that
surface root causes of supply chain disruptions and prioritized,
explainable recommendations - Owning the product strategy for
autonomous action capabilities that enable AI agents to execute
trusted decisions across enterprise systems - Building AI
prototypes to rapidly validate new product concepts before full
engineering investment - Driving features that increase the
accuracy, transparency, and trustworthiness of AI-generated
recommendations - Partnering with science, engineering, and UX
teams to deliver a human-AI collaboration experience that makes
decision-making faster and more consistent across the organization
A day in the life This role is ideal for a product leader
passionate about building "0 to 1" AI products, working with the
latest technologies including large language models (LLMs) and
agentic AI, while making a measurable impact on global supply chain
operations. You thrive at the intersection of deep domain expertise
and technical innovation, and you have a track record of turning
ambiguous customer problems into elegant, scalable product
solutions. About the team ABOUT AWS: Diverse Experiences Amazon
