Snap Fitness is seeking an energetic Program Director to join
our team. The right candidate will have a passion for fitness;

the country!The Program Director Will ensure that all gym programs
deliver the desirable outcome to company, team, and members. All
programs will support and promote the company's culture and brand.
The Program Director is responsible for organizing and coordinating
gym programs. Oversee gym program operations and progress. Provides
operations support and guidance to gym staff. The Program Director
will develop and implement gym programs, systems, and processes.
Oversees Gym Organization, Safety, and Compliance. The Program
Director, works closely and collaborates with Fitness Director to
support all Gym Programs, Systems, and Training Team.
Membership & Personal Training Sales - Responsible for achieving
sales goals established by leadership team.
Club Management - Lead by example and motivate team members to
bring their best every day
Service Excellence - Provide members with the best equipment,
guidance, and value-added services to help them achieve
Member Engagement/Involvement - Communicate with members
regularly to keep them informed and engaged.
Marketing Outreach - Organize and conduct events to build
community awareness and drive new memberships.
Facility Excellence - Ensure that facility's equipment and
cleanliness/tidiness consistently meet company standards.
Manage Program Design
Manage, develop, execute Program Design
Provide operation and technical guidance and support to Training
Team, for Program Design
Track program progressions
Manage and audit Coaches Cards for accuracy, program updates,
and client progressions
Ensure programming is current with safety compliance and
Lead/Mentor Concierge Team
Recruit, interview, hire, train, Front Desk/Concierge Team
Conducts weekly Front Desk meetings to review Front Desk
Operations, Gym Programs, Specialty Programs and Smoothie Bar
Promotions, Programs, and Operations
Supervise Front Desk Team schedules, accountability,
Identify, counsel and take corrective action as needed within
Front Desk Team
Enforce Core Values and Code of Conduct for Front Desk/Concierge
Manage Client Relationships
Actively engage member population
Event Planning for Member Activities and Appreciation Events
Client Retention and Referrals
Promote company culture
Email communications to clients/prospects
Performs Starting Point Assessments/Consultations (as
Performs On-Points (as needed)
Promote supplement sales and programs
Market new programs and products
Generate revenue in daily sales and promotions
Attends Networking Events
Collaborate with Fitness Director to promote gym performance and
Manage Day to Day Gym and Program Operations
Providing operational support to gym/staff
Maintain Personal Training hours
Ensure compliance with company policy
Partner, coordinate with Fitness Director on day-to-day
Proactively, develop and implement training programs and
specialty programming (Training Programs, Sports Performance,
Member Challenges, Special Events, Client Referrals, etc.). Promote
internally and externally.
Promote, Support, Socialize, and Participate in Gym and Member
Monthly/Weekly review of training programs and client
Continuing Education (research/promote)
Track, report gym membership pipeline (new, current, at-risk,
cancels, etc.) to Fitness Director
New employee interviews
New hire training, on boarding, development, evaluations
Ability to manage and motivate team members
Ability to work with clients from all walks of life
Desire for longevity
Previous sales experience is a plus
Applicant must be a fun and personable team player with a great
sense of humor!
Must be very coachable
Must be able to instruct others on the Snap Fitness training
techniques in order to help clients achieve their fitness goals
Must be well versed in understanding, implementing, executing,
and managing company policy and procedures.
