Windermere Edmonds is looking for an individual who is energetic, positive, eager to learn and who loves the satisfaction of serving others for our key role at the front desk. Does this sound like you?As part of the administrative team, you will work with your team mates to provide support and ensure that our brokers are being well-served.Our incredible real estate brokers are our customers, and you will be their first point of contact. You will make their day with a warm welcome as they walk into the office.Basic knowledge and understanding of MS office, Outlook-email, social media platforms (Instagram and Facebook), is preferred so you can get creative when promoting Windermere Edmonds events & accomplishments.An overview of your day to day tasks:

  • Answer the phone promptly with warmth and friendliness
  • Greet everyone with a smilebe positive and cheerful
  • Assist all brokers and administrative team.
  • Maintain the appearance of our office/front desk area
  • Input data and photos, and manage forms for the promotion of our newest listingsand our listing inventory; create flyers and other promotional materials for the listings
    • Promote our newest listings and office events via social media platforms
    • Help oversee the daily operations of the office
    • Receive and sort emails, mail, deliveries, and faxes
    • Maintain key inventory levels of supplies and replenish as necessary
    • Manage our Customer Satisfaction Survey process
    • Create and Promote our newest office listings using our PowerPoint PresentationKnowledge/Skills:
      • Positive can do mindset & willingness to learn the business/skills
      • Great verbal, written, and communication skills
      • Neat, professional appearance
      • Phone skills experience
      • People skills experience
      • Computer skills (Windows, MSOffice, Publisher)
      • Social Media Skills (Facebook & Instagram mainly)
      • General knowledge of and/or previous experience in marketing
      • Basic Data Entry SkillsJob Type: Full-time with BenefitsPay: Hourly D.O.E.Schedule:
        • 8:30am to 5:00 pm daily
