As a Service Advisor (Express), you will set and achieve a vision for operating the service department at maximum production, building a loyal clientele, maintaining good employee relationships, setting and obtaining sales and profit objectives, and maintaining service records. You will directly impact whether we become our guest's favorite place to purchase, lease, or service their vehicle.What Winning Looks Like:

• Demonstrating a high "HQ" (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity.
• Greet guests promptly
• Meet with guests and review services owed from point of purchase of their vehicle
• Increase guest satisfaction by building relationships with guests
• Maintain the company's standards for ethical business practices, professional image, orderliness, hospitality, and employee and community relations
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day and update guests frequently
• Increase profitability by maximizing sales and executing retail promotions
• Responsible for overseeing the technician working on customers' vehicles including their time management, efficiency, parts ordering, and job completion times
• Participate in the development and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOP) as appropriate
• Explain all work completed to guestsSkills Needed to Win:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Accredited training in service advisor skills, customer satisfaction, and quality control
  • Minimum 1-year automotive service advisor experience
  • Basic automotive knowledge
  • Ability to concentrate and accomplish tasks despite interruptions
  • Ability to perform a variety of tasks simultaneously
  • Positive attitude, high energy, and friendly
  • Must have a valid driver's licenseAbout Us
