This customer care position receives a competitive pay plan of
$80,000 - $100,000/year plus a share of the gross profits. We

YOUR DAY AS AN AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISOR
As an Automotive Service Advisor, you are a skilled conductor,
orchestrating the work at our shop so that our customer care and
vehicle repairs run smoothly. Each day, you work closely with our
clients, providing them with friendly customer service, keeping
them updated on the status of their vehicles, and taking payment
when the repairs are complete.
Frequent communication with our technicians is also your priority.
As they relay updates and recommendations to you, you pass those
along. You also coordinate the workflow for our technicians by
keeping an orderly schedule. Using our point-of-sale software and
AutoVitals, you dispatch vehicles and keep our records pristine.

WHAT WE NEED IN AN AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISOR
Proficiency with AutoVitals, Mitchell 1, and Identifix would be a
plus. Are you a go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced environment?
Do you have excellent communication skills, including the ability
to explain technical issues in terms anyone can grasp? Can you
expertly prioritize and manage multiple tasks? Do you have great

YOUR SCHEDULE AS AN AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISOR
This customer care position works Monday through Friday and enjoys
weekends off!
