team of superstars! ZoomCare is seeking an X-Ray Technologist to
join our team! The Urgent Care Associate - X-Ray Technologist
Float's primary responsibility is to take routine X-Ray images
across all ZoomCare clinics which include Urgent Care, Super, and
Daily Care. Some tasks include scheduling appointments, checking
patients in and out for appointments, taking patient's vitals,
collecting and processing labs, and maintaining inventory.

Follow standardized procedures for x-ray examinations applying
appropriate infection control, radiation safety measures, and
taking into account their unique physical conditions while ensuring
their comfort and safety.
Competent in obtaining x-ray images of diagnostic quality to
support medical providers while in accordance with standardized
protocols.
Maintain knowledge of PACS and EMR as it pertains to the patient's
exams.
Apply ALARA principle to ensure appropriate radiation safety for
self, patient, and visitor.
Integrate previous imaging studies, laboratory results, patient
history and medical records to optimize exams.
Provide patient education and instruction prior to and after
examination.
Provide training/education to staff and students as indicated.
Demonstrate ability to adapt positioning to address problems of
patient care as they arise making decisions to appropriately
resolve problems.
Check patients in and out for appointments, process patient
payments, and schedule new appointments as needed.
Educate patients on how to navigate their ZoomCare medical
record.
Maintain patient's demographic and insurance information.
Collect various specimens from patients, such as blood, urine, or
throat swab samples, based on standing orders and safety
guidelines.
Process collected specimens and document results.
Complete laboratory proficiency testing; and maintain the
certification.
Maintain supply inventory; order, receive, and store supplies.
Work with and maintain some basic medical equipment.
Provide emergency care to patients when necessary.
Support medical providers as needed or when requested.
Ensure the clinic remains clean and neat.
Room patients then measure and document vital signs such as
temperature, blood pressure, pulse rate, oxygen saturation, and
respiratory rate.
Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS ARRT Registered
Technologist, required.
State license holder (WA DOH), required.
High school diploma or GED equivalent; bachelor's degree
preferred.
1+ year of healthcare, customer service, or administrative
experience, or an equivalent combination of education and
experience, preferred.
Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and communication
skills.
Able to maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office and other relevant
software applications.
Excel in a fast-paced work environment, thriving under pressure and
time constraints.
Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification from a
recognized and reputable organization (e.g., American Heart
Association, Red Cross) or the ability to obtain one within 1 month
of hire.
Must be able to float between multiple Seattle area clinics.

Hourly Pay Rate: $34.65 - $47.25 WORKING CONDITIONS Frequent
walking, sitting, standing, and reaching overhead.
Occasional crouching, kneeling, and bending.
Prolonged periods of standing/sitting and working at a
computer.
Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at time.
Ability to move to a different clinic location based on business
needs.
Patient volume may often require more than your scheduled hours per
week or work outside of regular business hours to complete
essential duties of this job.
Ability to move to different clinic locations based on business
needs, sometimes multiple locations in one day.
Shift times and shift lengths can vary depending on where coverage
is needed.
Possesses a dependable mode of transportation ensuring punctuality
and the ability to travel between various clinics.
Vaccinated against COVID-19
Vaccinated against Hepatitis B., MMR, PPD, Varicella (Chickenpox),
TD/TDAP
Fit tested for an N-95 mask, must be clean shaven where the
respirator seals to the face for fit testing or when wearing the
respirator
