work—this role was designed with you in mind. The Role As a Senior
Environmental Project Manager, you will play a key leadership role
in managing and growing environmental projects across Washington
and Oregon. You'll oversee project delivery from scope through
completion, serve as a trusted advisor to clients, and help expand
the firm's regional environmental footprint. This position is ideal
for someone who enjoys both technical excellence and
relationship-driven work, and who is energized by building
something new rather than stepping into a fully mature program.
What You'll Be Doing Lead and manage environmental projects,
including scopes, schedules, and budgets Oversee project progress
using project management tools (experience with Deltek VantagePoint
is a plus) Conduct or direct project-specific research and
technical analysis Write, review, and oversee high-quality
environmental reports that meet regulatory requirements Ensure
compliance with agency guidelines and environmental regulations
Allocate project resources and ensure appropriate staffing Mentor
and train junior staff in fieldwork, research, and compliance
documentation Serve as a primary point of contact with
environmental compliance agencies and government bodies Maintain
strong, ongoing relationships with existing clients Identify,
pursue, and develop new client opportunities in the region What You
Bring Bachelor's degree in natural resources, environmental
science, geology, soil science, or a related field 10 years of
experience in environmental permitting, including familiarity with:
NEPA Clean Water Act (Section 404) Endangered Species Act SEPA
Oregon Goal 5 Oregon Environmental Protection Act Comparable state
and local regulations 7 years of project management experience,
managing increasingly complex projects Established relationships
with clients and regulatory agencies in the Pacific Northwest
Demonstrated ability to deliver projects efficiently, on time, and
within budget Strong organizational, written, and verbal
communication skills A collaborative leadership style and a desire
