Job Description NuWest Travel Nursing is seeking a Social Work Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker for a travel job in Puyallup, Washington. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker - Discipline: Social Work - Start Date: 04/06/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Social Worker to support adult patients in ICU, PCU, Med/Surg, and ER. Will meet with patients and families, help plan discharge (rehab, SNF, etc.), complete behavioral health assessments, and coordinate with the care team. Requirements: - MSW - WA Social Work License on hand required (LICSW preferred, LSWAIC accepted with supervision) - 2 years recent hospital social work or case management experience - EPIC experience required Adult patients only | ~15–20 patient load | Business casual (no scrubs) | Free parking. WA Social Work License on hand required
