Evaluate patients experiencing acute or chronic pain, review
medical history and perform physical exams to diagnose pain
sources. Design individualized treatment plans that may include

nerve blocks or spinal injections. Perform pain-relief procedures,
such as epidural steroid injections, facet joint injections and

adapt to new work environments and different medical teams. Minimum
Education Requirements: Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree or Doctor of
Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
Residency training program in anesthesiology, physical medicine and
rehabilitation, neurology, or a related field accredited by the
Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or the
American Osteopathic Association (AOA). Fellowship training in pain
management, focusing on advanced pain management techniques and
interventional procedures. License & Certifications: Board
certification in pain medicine by the American Board of
Anesthesiology (ABA), the American Board of Physical Medicine and
Rehabilitation (ABPMR) or the American Board of Psychiatry and
Neurology (ABPN). Active and unrestricted medical license in
Washington. Experience: While specific requirements may vary, most

least one year of experience providing care in a clinical setting.
